Payment Terms
Product sales on www.naturalhealthresources.com.au are made online. We operate on a pay in advance basis in Australian dollars (AUD). This means that you will need to pay in advance before you receive your PDF handouts.
If you are purchasing a non-branded bundle of your choice, please allow up to 24 hours to receive the download.
Natural Health Resources use Stripe system to process online payments.
Personalisation Services
Natural Health Resources offers a personalisation option on bundle packages. This requires the purchaser to provide the details including the logo, name, website, email or brand colours.
Natural Health Resources are not responsible for the quality of the logo file and any spelling errors of the content provided by the purchaser. No changes will be made to the existing template other than the addition of the purchasers branding. Any amendments required for change of mind or preference will be an extra cost to the purchaser.
If you are purchasing a branded bundle, please allow up to 48 hours to receive the downloadable from the receipt of your logo and details.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for any handouts downloaded from www.naturalhealthresources.com.au. In the event you loose or delete the PDF file, or if it becomes damaged, Natural Health Resources will not replace the file.
